The Real Estate Market in Northwest Arkansas is picking up! In the past month I have been busier than any other year that I have been in the business. Granted… it takes a bit more effort these days to sell a home & longer hours with buyers to find the perfect home… But overall – things are great! It is hard to believe when all you hear is negativity in the media… (I try hard not to listen to that… possibly why I am so busy… I have never bought into the negativity!) Anyway I wanted to get these charts and graphs out to people who are interested in looking at what the real estate market is doing in Northwest Arkansas.
